My Approach

My approach is creative, adaptable and may even include moments of humour. I provide a non-judgemental environment where you can feel safe and heard.

We’ll work together to build coping strategies and deepen your understanding of the issues you’re facing, such as:

  • anxiety, stress, low mood and depression

  • life changes and challenges and making sense of past experiences

  • relationship challenges

  • exploring a deeper sense of self
