Individual Therapy
I work with adults online and face-to-face in the Cambridge area. I also offer walk and talk counselling.
Individual counselling offers a space where you can pause, reflect and talk openly about what may be on your mind.
I offer a warm, confidential and non-judgemental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Together we can look at the challenges you may be facing, whether that’s anxiety, stress, low mood, relationship difficulties, life changes, or making sense of past experiences.
Through conversation and reflection, counselling can help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, recognise patterns in your life and begin to find new ways of coping. My role is to listen carefully, support you in exploring what matters to you, and help you work towards the changes you would like to see.
Sessions are available online or face-to-face. I also offer walk and talk counselling in the Cambridge area for those who find being outdoors helpful while talking.
