I work with couples and intimate partners to strengthen connection, improve communication and better understand the emotions that arise in relationships.
Relationship counselling offers a space where both people can slow down, feel heard and begin to understand what may be happening beneath the surface of the relationship.
I offer a calm and confidential space where both partners can talk openly about what is happening in the relationship. My role is not to take sides, but to support you in understanding each other better and exploring the patterns that may be causing difficulty.
Together we can look at how you communicate, how conflict arises and what each person needs in order to feel heard, valued and understood. Through this process, couples often begin to develop new ways of talking to each other, managing disagreements more constructively and rebuilding emotional connection.
Every relationship is unique, so I take a flexible approach that considers the experiences, hopes and goals of both people. We work at a pace that feels comfortable, creating space for honest conversation and meaningful change.
