I offer individual counselling and relationship therapy in a calm, supportive setting. Sessions are available online or face-to-face in the Cambridge area. I also offer walk and talk counselling for individuals who find it helpful to talk while spending time outdoors.
Whether you are going through a difficult time, feeling overwhelmed, or simply wanting to understand yourself better, counselling can provide a space to pause, reflect and be heard.
Meet Mandy
Hi, I’m Mandy, a qualified counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I offer a safe and supportive space for individuals and couples, drawing on my background in teaching and youth work to bring empathy and understanding to my practice. I provide online, face to face and walk and talk sessions in the Cambridge area.

You’re welcome to get in touch by email or through the contact form. We can arrange an initial session or have a short conversation first if you would like to ask any questions.

Some people come for short-term counselling (6–12 sessions), while others prefer longer-term therapy to explore deeper issues.
We will review progress regularly and decide together what feels helpful.

There is no pressure to commit to ongoing sessions after the first meeting.

Yes. Sessions are available online as well as face-to-face in the Cambridge area. Online counselling can offer flexibility and works well for many people.

Couples/relationship counselling provides a space for partners to talk openly about their relationship with the support of a neutral professional.

Relationships can include couples, intimate relationships, parent/child.

I ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
Sessions cancelled with less notice are usually charged in full, as the time has been reserved for you.
